Production Process
Rubber production starts with the planting of the tree clones, letting them grow for a 7-year period and once maturity is reached, they become productive for 25-30 years

Rubber plantations capture large amounts of carbon, generate oxygen in the atmosphere, acts as soil improvers and filter large amounts of water. They also promote the proliferation of wildlife and other plant species. As well as create descent long-term jobs. Making rubber plantations a great supporter of sustainable development.
No Poverty
The company is expected to be able to hire approximately 200 full-time employees, counting tappers, maintenance and administrative employees. Continuous training provided to the workforce

Climate Action
The ~460,000 new rubber-producing trees of the plantation create a substantial carbon fixation that, although still not documented at the moment, has an undeniable positive effect on the environment. HLM did not clear any of the land for planting
Life On Land
La Misión has recovered degraded land through the establishment of crop areas in order to protect ecosystems, which serves as a natural barrier to the nearby natural reserve 20% of total land is allocated for natural forest reserve
