Carlos E. Rivera Gallardo

Lawyer and Public Notary since 1987, graduated Cum-Laude from Francisco Marroquín University. He is a legal advisor to several banks in Guatemala. He is also a Corporate Advisor for multiple companies.

Manuel A. Rivera Gallardo

Civil Engineer, graduated from “Universidad del Valle de Guatemala” (1984) with a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1986). Manuel has been president of “Sistemas Structural Computarizados, S.A.”, as well as president of the “Gremial de Casas de Bolsa de Guatemala”. Since 1987 he has held the position of General Manager at Portafolio de Inversiones, S.A. and since 1990 he has held the position of proprietary director of the Board of Directors of Bolsa de Valores Nacional, S.A. He was secretary of the Board of Directors of said Exchange and is currently its Vice President. Since 2005 he has held the position of director of the Chamber of Finance of Guatemala and is currently treasurer of said Chamber. As of 2019, he was appointed Alternate Representative of the Coordinating Committee of Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial and Financial Associations (CACIF) before the National Council of Alliances for the Development of Economic Infrastructure (CONADIE)

Luis F. Rivera Gallardo

Economist graduated from the Francisco Marroquín University (1986). He was the first General Manager of the National Stock Exchange, S.A. Luis has been director of the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS), financial advisor to several Corporations and director of the Board of Directors of Bolsa de Valores Nacional, S.A. Additionally, he’s currently director of several companies, such as, Ingenio Santa Ana, S.A., Guatemalan Banking Association (ABG), Chamber of Finance of Guatemala, Banco Promerica S.A. and the Technical Institute for Training and Productivity (INTECAP).

Engineer in Administration Sciences and Industrial Engineering, both degrees from the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (2012) with a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University (2015). He has served as Deputy General Manager of Portafolio de Inversiones S.A. in Guatemala, Operations Manager of the Micro-insurance division of Grupo AISFA Cubierto in Guatemala and Manager of Underwriting and Verifications of Fusion Capital LLC in Miami, Florida.

Pablo I. Domínguez Hernández

Engineer in Renewable Natural Resources, graduated from “University of San Carlos de Guatemala” with a specialty in management and operation of the exploitation of rubber trees on farms, exploitation and management of coffee, natural resource management, sustainable management forest certification systems, monitoring, reporting and verification of carbon credits, registration and emission of carbon credits. Acquired specialized studies in Sweden, Mozambique, Thailand, Ecuador and Brazil.

FARM MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Briayan Negreros Mijangos

Majored in Business Management Operations from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. Briayan has past experiences in invoice management, raw material inventory control and logistics and warehouse management. As our Farm Management Coordinator, Briayan is in charge of the development of statistical analysis for farm operations and production with a focus on descriptive and inferential analytics and in charge of the coordination of the agricultural and managerial operations
